We have used Josh as our realtor to purchase two homes and sell one. His communication is impeccable and he is very open and honest. Josh always has his clients best interests at heart. He moves quick and is always available to be there at showings and answers any questions right away. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and has many years of experience to back it up. We know when we have Josh on our side he will do anything he can to make sure our needs at met.

This is my second time working with Josh. I chose him because he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and takes the time to explain the process. Josh is top notch when it comes to communicating and is willing to meet with you on your schedule. Josh took care of every detail of the process which allowed me to carry on with my daily schedule with no worries. Josh is friendly and calming and it was a pleasure to work with him again. I will definitely call him the next time I need to buy or sell a house.
