I have seen Dr Edinger several times for different issues with my feet (arthritis, pain and numbness from a previous surgery, plantar fasciitis) He listens, focuses and takes the time to understand my perspective on my ailments. I came to see Dr. Edlinger about a pain in my left big toe which was involved in a previous bunion surgery. Dr. Edlinger was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. He assured me that, after reviewing an x-ray, no hardware from the prior surgery was loose or causing the pain. He suggested a cortisone injection or a topical anti-inflammatory, offering the latter as a first try to see if an injection could be avoided. Dr. Edlinger is an excellent surgeon with outstanding bedside manner. He was thorough in explaining the entire process to me before surgery. Any questions I had for him after surgery, he was quick to respond to my questions. I am so happy with the outcome and look forward to finally being pain free.
