The people working at the front desk are terrible. Lazy, pass it off to the next person attitude who don’t deserve a pay check in my opinion. I’ve had issues with scheduling for months and getting a solid answer when calling Cooper is nearly impossible. Medical staff is probably great but what’s a great medical staff if the initial people we speak to are incompetent when it comes to customer service.
Is very good Dr. in good health and excellent care.
I have been going to see dr.desipio for years he’s the most caring dr i have he has taken care of all my issues
I don't know how this doctors rating is so high. My personal experience with him and everyone I know who has dealt with him has been horrible. He will diagnose you with pure assumptions and ignore the testing. He is very condescending and will not listen to how you feel or issues you have. He will also go against other doctors and say they are wrong even tho they are in the same practice as him "cooper gastro".
