I'm an attorney and I've spent a good portion of my career as a "Fixer," someone who gets called in to do what the last person could not do. My first lender could not package my loan correctly so I was put in touch with Joshua. He got everything done and closed in 11 days, and it would have been even quicker but for the holdups on the seller's side.
