Dr. Rosenwasser is a wonderful endocrinologist! I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member. He managed me throughout my pregnancy and was very attentive. He is always available to answer my questions in a timely manner and very thorough explaining the plan in the office visits.

Does not follow up with patients. Always too busy to get back to you. Can’t get an appointment for months and months. He doesn’t do virtual appointments. You are left to deal with an office staff that doesn’t care, has a call center fielding your calls so it’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone so you get ignored. The portal is not working properly so messages don’t always go through. A real mess. When you do talk to someone they are nice but either don’t care or are incapable of doing their job. Terrible experience.

After many years of going to doctors and explaining symptoms and being told that everything is fine, I felt heard for the first time. I felt at ease and hopeful for the first time in a long time. Great bedside manner, on time, nice clean office. Great experience!

Dr. Rosenwasser was professional and prepared for first visit with patient. He asked questions and was thoughtful in his approach. Very positive experience.
