I called in on 12/19/25 at 3:30 pm to schedule a follow up appointment. Most every other time I have called in my experience was great… but this time I spoke with Kristin in reception. She should not be allowed to speak with patients because she comes off as rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Just wanted to note that she may need to be followed up on.
Dr. McCoy is the worlds best! I feel so fortunate to be under his care!
Dr. McCoy is an excellent listener. He delivers advice in a kind and receptive way. You can tell he likes what he does and knows his stuff. I HIGHLY recommend his office, the staff is delightful, too.
