Josh McBride and his team did a great job for my 81 year old Dad. Technology is hard for older people, but Josh walked my Dad through the process and made it fun! The loan closed on time, for the rate that was quoted and the price that was agreed upon. The fees were reasonable, especially when you consider the amount of one on one time Josh spent explaining things to my Dad. The fact he was able to pull cash out of his home and have a little nest egg made my Dad's world so much more comfortable. Thanks Josh!

If I could give less stars I would. This guy didn’t close for two months!! He did EVERYTHING late since the beginning. He knew we were going to close on our new house and still didn’t get the work done. I was so afraid that I was going to loose my new house because of his incompetence.
