I got very lucky when I found Dr Mason because of my nonstop coughing. He’s a very competent doctor but also a empathetic person who listens and responds to my needs.
Dr. Joshua Mason is an excellent doctor. My husband and I are both his patients. My children have been with us at some of our appointments, have listened to him, watched him and we all love him. He is the best of the best because not only has he the heart of a doctor, the expertise of an excellent doctor, but he is kind! His kindness heals me as much as medicine. I feel safe in his care.
We went to Dr Mason for my dad’s lungs, and he’s been so attentive to make sure he’s taken care of even when he had been working the night shift. He’s been so good to my mom with her respiratory problems, and we have been so grateful that we found him. He really cares and is the best doctor my parents have seen in Phoenix, and they are 89 and 90, so they’ve seen a lot of doctors.
I have seen this Doctor before and every time there is something new. If it’s not phones, bad mood customer service reps, the doctor is in a hurry. He comes to you checks you for 2 minutes and’” leaves. Today it took me 40 minutes to get to his office do to the GPS took me somewhere else from where I was.
