Was able book an apt through the patient portal just to be told a week later that my apt will not be honored because I’m a new patient and the 15 min slot wouldn’t be enough time to see me. I Suspect that is is more due to my insurance because I was referred to a clinic. Also wondering why online booking is available if it’s not honored. I could’ve called the clinic a week ago instead now I have to wait even longer while in extreme pain.

He was sure that he didn't leave the room without making sure that him and I were on the same page. His team is AMAZING! Shoutout to Gina, Britt, Deniece, and Maxine for making sure and reassuring for me that everything was going to be okay! They got me in quickly and made sure to explain everything to me in detail! I had a very successful surgery with Dr. Marcus. I woke up from surgery with immediate relief. His office is very quick to respond. Very good experience!
Dr. Marcus and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a spinal fusion a few months ago and the results were everything I had hoped for. Dr. Marcus is a super skilled surgeon and he is also extremely caring, an excellent listener and one of the nicest and most sincere doctors I have dealt with. I would highly recommend Dr. Marcus and his practice.

I had constant lower back pain and couldn't walk 100 yards without my right leg going completely numb. Initially Dr. Marcus didn't recommend surgery and suggested epidural injections every three months to manage the pain. The injections gave me enough relief that I could live a relatively normal life.
