I have been going to Dr. Millsaps for many years now, and have always been pleased (and have the healthy teeth and gums to show for it). The facility is clean and modern, and his staff are amazing. My hygenist, Carmella, is friendly, fast, and efficient. I moved to Charlotte for years and still drove back to Hickory for Dr. Millsaps, I would not dream of going anywhere else.

Joshua Millsaps was a HORRIBLE dentist! I was already anxious enough going to a dentist, but I needed my teeth worked on so I chose him. He was closer to where I live. He numbed the top part of my mouth to begin working, but started working on the BOTTOM! When I hollered from the obvious pain I felt, he YELLED at me and told me to "grow up." Really?! Is that how you are supposed to treat patients? Don't go to him!

This dentist is phenomenal! I was new to the area and very hesitant in choosing a new dentist - I had heard great things about Dr. Millsaps and decided to go to him...I am so glad that I did! He has all of the latest and greatest equipment, his hygenists are so friendly and eager to explain anything that I had questions on, and his front office staff is top notch! I would highly recommend this dentist, office, and staff to anyone!

I wouldn't return to this practice, even if the treatment were free. Parents aren't allowed to go back with their children. All of the staff, including the Dr. are rude. You aren't allowed to question why things need to be done. You aren't given explanations as to why things need to be done. As long as you don't ask any questions and do every procedure the Dr. wants to do, you'll probably be ok. If not, good luck!
