My wife has called the office 5 times and left messages in 2 1/2 weeks and no one would return her calls. She had the Axonics procedure done and the Axonics sales representative has reprogrammed her twice and made adjustments over the phone about 6 times and it’s not working and she’s been in pain. I'm a 31 year old suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction. I waited 9 months for an appointment with Dr. Lohri. He spoke to me for less than 5 minutes. He did not even examine me. He told me based upon what I told him, I could experience penile shortening, fibrosis or atrophy of penile tissues. Again, no examination to verify if any of that actually happened. I told him "woah woah please slow down", because he was speaking extremely fast (as if to get the appointment over with). He then offered me penile implant surgery as a... read more

My mother laid in an emergency room and a hospital bed for an entire weekend before only one apparent competent person could come to the hospital to adjust her stimulator in her back to have an MRI which we found out she has an aneurysm and she’s had a major stroke so his office is horrible. If there’s only one person competent enough to handle this, this makes me sick.
