What a rare breed of practitioner. I was brought to the ER by ambulance because I fainted and injured myself. The following day I get a call from Dr Leder's office saying they'd like to see me today! I made my way to Dr Leder's office at 29 Hospital Plaza in Stamford. I was seen immediately, extremely detailed information about my health, background and the event which caused Me to pass out was documented in a very painstakingly Manner by the nurse practitioner.
