I'm certain Dr. Lee is a fine Doctor. That being said, the office staff needs to work on better response times. Today, I called this office simply to get a fax number. The first time, I was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. I called back later and was on hold for 15 minutes. I also work in healthcare and can tell you making a patient, or anyone else for that matter, wait on hold for that amount of time is just not acceptable.
Extremely professional and courteous. He is nothing like any previous doctor I’ve seen. He actually listens and talks to you like a normal person.
