Recently purchased a new car. Sent an email on Saturday to let them know I was replacing my previous car, and needed my insurance updated. I received a response right away on Monday letting me know it was updated. Also received immediate responses with quotes on what my insurance rates for the new car. They did an awesome job!
We have been with American Family for, as the kids say today, the late 1900's. I don't know where the time went, but it has been almost 35 years! All of our former American Family agents retired over the years and we are now with Josh Lawrence. We have been with Josh for at least 10 years. The staff of Stacy, Dawn and Bob have gone above and beyond to help us find policies that work for us. Any questions are answered promptly. I would highly recommend them.
