He handled troubles with the communication with our unprofessional new builder, and pushed for things to keep moving so that we weren’t delayed for months. He fought for us til the papers were signed, and even saved us a few times!

If you’re reading reviews and debating a realtor, you can stop here! Josh Kirkwood is absolutely fantastic to work with- perfect combo of personable and professional, extremely knowledgeable and on top of each and every detail. Plus he handled our crazy kids and animals with ease (he’s a pet and kid whisperer!). He really took the stress out of selling our home and even made the process enjoyable! We cannot recommend him enough.
