A few days ago I had my first office visit at Balboa Nephrology in Escondido. The office staff and nurses were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was full but tidy and not noisy. I was taken to an exam room and met Dr. Greenstein without a long wait. I liked his style. Businesslike and professional but friendly and approachable. He quickly became familiar with my situation. We discussed the probable causes and laid out a treatment plan. I felt confident and optimistic leaving his office.
Dr. Greenstein spent so much time with me explaining my situation. He was reassuring and eased my anxiety which was quite high .
The doctor was very personable, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I would gladly refer Dr. Greenstein to anyone in need of a nephrologist in the local area. Staff was also cordial and efficient.
