I had now 2 AMAZING surgeries with Dr. Jones. He really made sure all my questions were answered and treated me with great bedside manner & got all my stones taken care of! Thank you so much Dr. Jones
Had a terrible experience with him. He was supposed to remove a kidney stone that was supposedly stuck. Procedure was 6 weeks after initial symptoms. I mentioned symtoms went away and maybe another ct scan should be done. No, he went in and did the procedure and there was no stone. Then i was to go back to have the stent removed at another appt. So I'm being put through the most pain and torture I've ever experienced in my life just for him to realize he did not put a stent in me. So all the torture and money for nothing. Av... read more
My significant other had a kidney stone removed by Dr. Jones. She was in the hospital starting at 7:20 in the morning. She did not go into the OR until after 3 o’clock. Dr. Jones didn’t explain to me nor her about what he found. what size stone he took out or anything else. I spoke with him briefly on the phone after surgery and all he said to me was everything went well. The entire time that we dealt with this office They didn’t tell us the truth.
