I found Josh through a search this morning. Our attic fan's motor died. You know how those are - they last 3, maybe 5 years, then die. Having had both hips replaced in the past few years, I just couldn't get up into the attic and into the position I needed to get into to get the old motor disconnected from the fan blade.
