The staff were kind, and the Doctor was caring. Took his time and explained everything.Shout out to Wendi White who helped me tremendously in securing my colonoscopy appt.
They do not follow corporate policies set forth by Gastro health and lack any empathy. The Dr may GREAT but horrible office staff is a huge turn off. Would therefore stay clear of this office. They really do not care anyway as they are probably overworked.....
I have a severe bipolar disorder and I recently had a stroke. And one of my knees has a chip in it. I also 63. I wanted an appointment for a colonoscopy and am a bit concern about digestive problem. I have a lot of medical problems and don't often feel well. I am certain that you will not see me but I just wanted to tell you that I have more problems that your average patients. Please don't call me, Elizabeth
Dr Rubin is a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist He is extremely patient and makes his patients feel less anxiety about the procedures he performs . I have recommended him to many friends.

Took his time to listen to my issues. Very knowledgeable, office staff attentive and courteous. Highly recommended.
Dr. Rubin is an excellent doctor, however after three weeks of not receiving a telephone call with my lab results, and many calls to the office staff with no follow up, I picked up my lab reports at the hospital and sent them to Dr. Rubin's office. I still have not received any follow up communication from this office and for this reason only, I will not return to this office.
He performed my recent colonoscopy. Good initial office visit; asked questions, listened, made sure I understood procedure. Spoke to me before and after procedure at the outpatient surgery center. Felt very comfortable in his care.
