Extremely approachable, great customer service. Dr.Durham and his team went above and beyond for me.
Dr. Durham was very patient and allowed us to ask questions. He explained everything so we could understand exactly what next steps were and why. Great bedside manner.
Staff is super friendly and efficient. Dr. Durham takes the time to know you and answer any questions you have.
I love Dr Durham, have not seen him in a year and we picked up our conversation like we just met last week. Unfortunately I have a few things going on now. He was clear about the scans I need, the priority I need to take them in (I have to wait on one until other decisions are made) and he outlined things we will do over the next 6-12 months. Laying it all out helped me mentally plan next steps and was very comforting. His office staff was also so great both for the pre-doctor things (ekg, BP, etc) and booking my next scan.
