I will never understand why the time you schedule an appointment at this place always means at least an hour and 15 mins after ur supposed appointment time. Genuinely these people are so slow and have no sense of urgency and do not care about your time.
I’m so grateful to have found a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommend him!
I am a new patient to Dr. Downie after seeing 2 other ENT’s and GI with no relief. I have gone 5+ years dealing with what he diagnosed as LPR- a type of reflux. I left his office feeling knowledgeable and optimistic for how my future will be after he was able to diagnose what I have been dealing with for years!
