Thanks for hearing my concerns and addressing each one.
Nice doctor but the office staff says they don't receive the referrals that are sent to them. This is my 2nd referral and go around with problems being seen. I am now an established patient and cannot get back onto the schedule with a surgical issue. My referring doctors shows me multiple fax confirmations. Rediculous!

I can not be thankful enough to Dr.Demke I was referred to him cause my daughter had a cleft lip and palate. Since the first visit he provided me with a lot of information. When the day came for my daughter to have surgery I actually got to talk to him he went over the procedure again and just knowing he actually cared to reassure us he would take care of my daughter it was an amazing feeling.
