Dr. Rovin performed a valve sparing aortic root aneurysm repair on me back in 2009 and I am still here!! I have an enormous amount of respect for this surgeon. I have annual CT's as I still have a small aneurysm up around the arch. (It was too risky to get into that part of the aorta, so we are watching it. So far so good!) I see him every year and look forward to our visits. He is kind, compassionate, and professional. He just has a way of making you feel like you are his only patient.
Dr. Rovin provided me with information and sources to help me make my own healthcare decisions. I am confident he would have honored any decision I made, because he gave me information supporting mechanical and tissue valves. He was very thorough in his exams, and very patient with all my questions. Dr. Rovin always had time to answer my questions, and was very frank and candid with his answers. I think his attitude, confidence, & personality contributed to the success of my surgery.
My husband had anyerism an aortic valve replacement .dr Rovin totally explained everything.before an after.friendly.. caring..an a great office staff.hes great
He followed me from initial catheterization to post surgery, explaining each step, always upbeat, confident, caring, and always assuring. Fantastic patient care and interaction by Dr. Rovin and the entire Morgan Hospital team. My bypass surgery was in July 2011.
