I don't recommend this Doctor at all. He charges over 800 dollars for the normal visit which is exactly the same as normal 20 minutes visit. In the bill they mentioned it was a 45 minutes visit but It is just a normal 20 minutes visit. The insurance pay it as a normal visit and you end up paying the rest yourself. I have called Lurie several times to solve this billing issue but they have not done anything.
