Despite asking his answering service to call us he did not call for almost 5 hrs....as he was covering for Dr gentile. What a terrible service this dr. Has.

I have seen this doctor for an ear problem and never had trouble with the staff or doctor. Making an appointment today and look forward to his expertise.

I am extremely upset with the staff at both locations. Every time I called in regards to my son, there was never an urgency, the multiple of staff I talked with were all rude and unprofessional. They also never explained to me that they alternate office's, so his faxed paperwork was sitting at the one office for days. Lastly, I was told even though this situation may be an emergency to me, "it is not to the insurance company." I would never recommend going to either locations.

My first visit in February of 2019 was a pleasant experience. I felt Dr. Pollack listened and asked good questions. We talked about treatment and he performed his work in a professional and relaxed manner. I was not rushed, and felt I had his full attention. Now, two weeks later, I feel great. I also had a full hearing test performed by a separate Doctor, also in his office, and again, was well taken good care of. I recommend Dr. Pollack and would certainly use again.
