He is a great doctor, and I believe in his expertise. However, and a huge however, the wait time to see him for follow up appointments is ridiculous! I’m currently sitting in his waiting room for my son’s follow up from fistula surgery, he can’t sit down & has to stand the whole hour & a half so far. To add, this is not just a busy day for the doctor, we have had hour wait times for every follow up appointment! (4 surgeries later.)

Dr. Coursey, his clinical staff, and his OR team at Townsen Surgical Center have been absolutely amazing with providing the best service for patients. I initially went for a consult to discuss treatment plans (given the type of department) I was already nervous and a bit ansy. Check in process was fast and smooth, triage nurse he was super friendly and made me feel comfortable, and when I met with Dr. Coursey he discussed things very thoroughly.
