Very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. It was canceled on the same day with the excuse that “we tried reaching out to you twice today via phone call & voicemail.” The only voicemail I received was an unrelated automated message. They wasted my time and delayed the care I needed—time I could’ve used to see another provider. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
