We went in to get a wart removed from my seven year old daughter. The doctor started spraying the cold application without any numbing agent causing my daughter to scream in pain. The doctor then acted surprised when my wife ask that he use a numbing agent. It was only after spraying a second time and then us getting upset that he decided to walk out of the room to get something to numb the pain. We will go elsewhere from now on.
Very thorough - he listens very carefully and considers multiple solutions and discusses options for evaluation and treatment. I hope he will be my community care provider going forward. Support staff from reception to blood draw are excellent as well!
Dr. Graham doesn’t have a great bedside manner and was confused about the processes that we needed.
