We needed furnace service, and Duane arrived the same day. He was thorough, professional, and did a careful inspection. He found cracks in the heat exchanger, which was an important safety concern. After another contractor gave us an estimate for a new AC system and then stopped responding when we tried to schedule, we reached out to Joshua Brothers HVAC Company and had a much better experience. From the first call, the office team and install crew had great communication and stayed on top of everything. During the first visit, Jaime took time to look over our cooling setup and also checked the furnace.
