Always helpful
Pretty poor communication and customer service, as each time I would call his office, I would get an answering machine. Didn't matter what time of the day during business hours that it was. In order to actually speak to a person on the phone, I would end up just calling the State Farm 1-800 number. Finally got fed up with never being able to talk to someone that I ended up switching agents that is much more responsive and closer to where I live.
Excellent agent and awesome office staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance!
I have never had such a poor experience with any insurance agency in over 30 years as a State Farm customer. I get excuses, voice mail, and a shockingly low level of competence for a basic request such as a change of address. Shameful!
I have been working with Josh Bowling and his office team since they opened. I have always had timely service and the staff is very friendly! I would definitely recommend Josh as an agent!
