One call to Binafif and everything was handled. Josh came out to measure and sent the paperwork that same day. HOA rules, he knew them all and sent everything they would ask for. Besides quality workmen ship you get excellent customer service. You receive answers to yur questions in a short time, not days, hours. 100% satisfied. Milton blew the screens off the top of my enclosure. Binafif came out promptly and did a great job re-screening for a reasonable price. Their customer service and communication is excellent. I would definitely use them again (probably will with Fl hurricanes) and recommend them without reservation.
