I highly recommend Joshua. I went through the home purchasing process with him while I lived in another state, and Josh was accommodating when I came into town to see properties, and took care of things for me when I could not be there. He’s unflappable, even is the chaos of the housing market. And importantly, Josh is a good person and a pleasure to be around.
I have known Josh for many years and worked with him to buy homes on multiple occasions (he even helped my parents sell and buy homes). His Tenacity is second to none. He listens to what you want then finds it. Amazing at communication and staying in touch throughout everything and his knowledge of the industry wether it’s around rentals or primary residence is invaluable

What really stood out was when he assured us that he was always on our side. Even though there was a small communication mishap, Josh continued to fight hard for what we needed.
