Great doctor, very kind. Terrible follow up, prescriptions often go past supply running out with no refills sent. Usually end up waiting over a week to get it filled
Amazing dr he goes above and beyond and what I love the most he takes his time with you no matter how busy he gets and they have really good staff there

Called their offices multiple times and no answer or return on voicemails. Got through once and asked for a message to be relayed to Dr. Berkowitz regarding a medication but the request was never fulfilled despite the office confirming that they would let Dr.Berkowitz know. Wouldn't recommend unless you like being ghosted by the office despite urgent medical situations
Dr Berkowitz is a good doctor but the only thing is the office never answers their phones never returns calls and don't have emergency phone number for emergencies I never had a doctor that does not have an emergency phone number for emergencies besides him
