Didn't advise me about the prep for the procedure. Woke up during the procedure. Showed me pictures of my insides after the procedure. The entire process was horrible. Do not recommend
Reviewing their office...Never got to see the Doctor. They don't tell you, but if your referring Primary Care Provider (PCP) is not from Sonoma County, they will not accept you as a new patient. I wasted literally 2 hours, across 7-8 phone calls, over the last month trying to solve referral problems, only to be told this important detail at the very end. I was very anxious about having someone do an invasive procedure such as looking into my colon !! So I put it off for many years !! Once I arrived to do the procedure I was put to ease by the staff!! Dr Beirne was very professional and it so easy. No pain ! Thanks again for being so professional !!
