Very at explaining the diagnosis, the reasoning behind it, as well as precautions to take and the treatment I’d be receiving. Introduced himself to me as well as my family member in the room. Made direct eye contact the entirety of appointment, and frequently asked if I had any questions or concerns.
An absolutely fantastic experience. Polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and fast. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
