After taking two months to get an appointment with him following my second femur surgery, he cancelled the appointment as I was in the parking lot because I was two minutes late to the appointment. The appointment was at 3:30pm and I was in the parking lot at 3:32pm. This was after the staff called to make sure I’d get there before 3:45pm because I was his last appointment on a Friday.
