Lorain Mercy Orthopedics Dr. Muetzel, is an outstanding orthopedic doctor. However, staff, not so much. Having serious, "bone on bone"issue when walking with severe pain that occurred suddenly. Was there approximately 2.5 weeks earlier for cortisone shots. My elderly mother was scheduled for an appointment, and I called a day prior to inquire if it was possible to see the doctor in the room at the same time as my mother.
