I can't express enough how wonderful Dr. Heck is. He explains every detail of what he is going to do as he is doing it. He gives you the SOLID truth even if it does not benefit him/and or practice. He is open for your opinions. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. He has truly tried to make my treatment the best outcome possible.
