Dr. Gottschall was absolutely amazing with my 2.5-year-old daughter. After seeing other doctors who couldn’t quite figure out what was going on, he took the time to really listen, evaluate her thoroughly, and quickly identified the issue. He was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring the entire time, which made a huge difference for both me and my daughter. The office staff are so rude and lack even the most basic amount of compassion. They literally told me I had to wait three months to have my child seen when I clearly told them that his pcp found that one of his tubes was partially dislodged. They want my child to be in pain for months. Absolutely unacceptable. They say it’s because they hadn’t seen him in three years and they are considering him a new patient. Why schedule an appointment with a specialist that is literally 80 miles away until you need to? The pcp kept an ey... read more

El doctor es muy calmado, profesional y general tranquilidad.
Terrible office rude staff. I am a physician and the secretary /receptionist hung up on me. We had paperwork to complete and the appointment was at 2:40. The paperwork was not ready by 2:50. They said the doctor had to go and he did not want to speak to me. I was told there is no office manager on site. The front desk girl Cheryl hung up on me. Do not go to this office absolutely dreadful
