Dr. Gottschall was absolutely amazing with my 2.5-year-old daughter. After seeing other doctors who couldn’t quite figure out what was going on, he took the time to really listen, evaluate her thoroughly, and quickly identified the issue. The office staff are so rude and lack even the most basic amount of compassion. They literally told me I had to wait three months to have my child seen when I clearly told them that his pcp found that one of his tubes was partially dislodged. They want my child to be in pain for months. Absolutely unacceptable. They say it’s because they hadn’t seen him in three years and they are considering him a new patient.
