We love Josh! Been coming here for years.
Joshua did not have knowledge of my test results nor history, although it's in the charts. He left out of the room, to make copies, and never returned. Later, his excuse was that I arrived 13 minutes later for my appointment. However, I called to see if I should reschedule. I was informed that there's a standard 15 minute grace period; therefore, I expected to be treated the same as all patients. When a doctor ends a session, they should always notify the patient.
