Today was my first time getting a massage from Josh and it was truly amazing. He’s super knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you heal. I really loved the stretching too. It was exactly what my body needed. I’ll definitely be adding the exercises Josh showed me to my daily routine. I’ll for sure be a repeat customer.

Josh is a fantastic massage therapist. He incorporates multiple techniques like Thai - which I love. He does a thorough assessment and everything is explained and agreed upon before the session begins. He is very present and attentive to pressure and takes feedback very well.
