Josh was not a friendly, customer oriented professional. He came out to give me a quote and was very unprofessional saying that others who quoted my project were lying about the products and warrantees. His presentation regarding his own products was very, "I am the best and the others are, in his words "Snake Oil Salesmen". Find someone else who is less arrogant and more customer focused and friendly.
