Completely disappointed with my experience at Josh's the base barber shop this morning. I had an appointment booked for 10 AM, and even though they're supposed to open at 9 AM, the place was completely closed when I arrived. No one showed up, and I was left waiting outside. This is a real waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
I hate to be the one to leave a bad review, but my situation merits it. I walked and wrote my name down making me #7 on the list.The barber, let me know I was gonna have to wait for 3 people, so i told him i was gonna come back in a couple minutes.(I live around the corner) I come back before he’s done cutting client #6 hair which was ahead of me, so technically speaking, I was next. I scheduled a 10am appointment this morning and Mr. Cruz was able to get me in early, I've been to a lot of Barber Shops before and Josh's will be my permanent place to go. I gave Mr. Cruz free rein on my cut and beard he didn't disappoint at all, I highly recommend going here and I'll be telling all of friend, family and co-workers.
I rarely ever review stuff but let me tell you, this place is as good as it gets. GREAT quality haircuts and beard/mustache trims. They use a straight razor to line you up real good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They take cash, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience. Awesome place!
Great cut and service, very friendly and clean shop. Warm towel and face massage included almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.
