Love this doctor you can tell he really cares!
Don't recommend. I am new, post-COVID patient, so possible that office is not adapting well to virtual environment. Main Issues: (1) My two virtual visits have been conducted over phone call, rather than a secure patient portal or Zoom. (2a) They do not seem to have any record of these visits occurring. After m first visit, I was asked on two separate occasions if I ever met with Dr. Joshi. I received no after-summary notes via the portal.
