My mother is Dr. Joshi patient. We see the PA and have been basically satisfied. Office staff do lack in professionalism . Still waiting on call back for er follow up appointment. Don’t return calls , just leave for weekend leaving patients with kidney failure anxious, along with caregiver.
My wife is a patient, and they treat her very well.
Since Dr McCauley retired the office staff has gone downhill. They do not listen to what you are telling them. For instance I called to reschedule an appointment because of "recent IV antibiotics". She asked "why can't you make the scheduled appointment". Previously similar issues of them not listening had occurred.
