Hi Sharon, thank you very much for fixing my haircut. My first experience in this salon was not great, but in saying that, the manager (Sharon) read my review and rang me up to ask me if I'd like to go back and see her to fix my hair. I did and she was very welcoming and happy to see me, and spent a lot of time with me making sure my hair was back looking good.
