They never answer the phone and rarely return calls when you leave a message.
I’ve been with State Farm for 28 years, for some reason I’ve had issues with this Agent for the last 6 months. They do not seem competent in doing simple things like setting up payments for my sons account. He has been down there multiple times, and then I still receive phone calls for payments. At first I thought it might be my son not following through, but then when I needed an antique auto insured that I was going to pick up, I sent all the info and pictures, they called me to verify the VIN when I was picking the car up... read more
The employees at this office are knowledgeable in their field. They are always willing to help and give me the best service. I would recommend them to anyone needing insurance. Both Laura and Carl are wonderful to deal with.🌷
