He failed to submit any evidence nor call any witnesses during the family court hearing which was prepared for well in advance. He was more concerned about maintaining a working relationship with the other attorneys than in representing his client. Beware.

WARNING: He’ll Drain Your Wallet and Your Time I hired Josh Tucker under the impression that he was quick to respond and seemed personable, that quickly changed as soon as I signed the retainer. As soon as he received payment I fell off his radar. I would have to leave messages with his receptionist and he would only respond via email at his own convenience.
