Josh went above and beyond his duties when using him as our loan officer. We had never used him before, but was recommended him by our agent. He drove 2 hours in the pouring rain to go under our home to do a minor fix so we could close on closing day. What other loan officer would do that? Josh is everything you want in a mortgage lender. He makes complicated situations simple, his attention to detail is magnificent, and he is accessible when you need him. He will be the first call I make when I need to buy another house, and he should be yours as well.
