Second time getting a haircut at this shop and Richie who I booked off the cut app made me wait an 30 additional mins past my appointment which was for his most expensive tier of service, when I was on time. He gave me 5$ for waiting to try and help, and then proceeded to pull back my hairline on my right side temple. He asked me did I want enhancements, which I believe was to cover his mistake, I said no, then he applied them anyway.That was terrible service.
